How long would it take to get my site ready?
Usually it takes less than a day to build your site but we require maximum of 24 hours to install your site after we have received required information.

Does LIBMAKER require monthly payment?
Yes, we charge a monthly rental to merchants for using our ecommerce software, if you pay in advance you can get discount in setup charge.

Can I get the source code or download the entire software
We have two service offered one is regularly hosted for low monthly rental and second is one time charge for downloading with unlimited license, contact us for second option

Do I have to have a web host?
No, because software is hosted at our hosting space so you don�t need any hosting

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes to use our service the first step is buying one domain name from external domain registrar, if you need help on this please contact us, we can direct you to a suitable registrar

Where is my site hosted?
Your site is hosted at our server.

Are web hosting and email included in the fee?
Yes, you can create as many as email address for your needs

Can I sell my books online?
Yes, we have built in ecommerce module for that.

Can I sell internationally?
It depends on your capability to deliver books economically to those destinations and buyers request.

Will my customers' transactions be secure?
We don�t store any credit card number and we have SSL encryption for transaction pages

Will LIBMAKER help my customers track their order status?
Yes, your buyers can check the order status and you can also.

Is the architecture of LIBMAKER search engine friendly?
Yes

Can I change my website theme & design?
Yes, you can edit main CSS file or create your own layouts

Does LIBMAKER offer free store templates?
We continue to add new templates in our library that you can use free of cost.

Does LIBMAKER offer web design services?
We offer on demand web design services like graphic and layout design for someone who wants more personalized looks in his bookstore.

Can I build my graphics and theme/layouts on my own?
If you know HTML/CSS necessary for making compatible template design we assist you in uploading your themes in our directory without any fee to you.

How am I informed of a new order?
You will be sent an email.

How do I customize and add content to my site
You have two types of account to do that one is editor and other is admin, login with username and password to add content and customize your site.

Can I have additional functionalities?
LIBMAKER is having all necessary features, however if you want something that is not present in current module just inform our support team and we look for the usability and viability of that module.

I don't have a Merchant Account can I still accept credit cards?
Yes using paypal and Google checkout and many other third party credit card processor allows you do that. You need to create one account and enter your merchant credential here.

Are there any restrictions on what I can sell?
Currently you can sell books, if you have something else that suits for selling here contact us..

What happens to my site when I wish to migrate from LIBMAKER
You are given back your private data in the form of database backup and zipped achieves.
