FEE
LIBMAKER charges one time setup fee and monthly recurring charge to the merchants who have subscribed to our content management system. The effective charges are described in pricing page LIBMAKER has full right to change those pricing values and will be effective to new as well as existing clients. Unless the existing client has made advance payment for several months he has to pay the current fee as mentioned in pricing page.
REFUNDS
Setup fee are non refundable, however if merchant has made advance payment for monthly rental and want to terminate the service he is legible for the refund of remaining unused months.
CONTENT
By accepting this legal agreement you confirm that
- I will not host any site in LIBMAKER content management system that spreads illegal activities, racism or pornographic materials.
- I will not add any content to my site which breaches the copyright of any author or someone else, this includes and books description, content pages and cover images.
- I take the ownership & responsibilities of all content that are generated & saved into LIBMAKER database by registered users of my site.
ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
By accepting this legal agreement you confirm that
- I will take the sole responsibility for accepting online payment from my buyers and ought to deliver the promised goods to buyer’s location.
- I will not ask and store any financial information like credit cards number from my buyers
MIGRATION POLICY
In case a merchant wish not to use our software services further due to dissatisfaction or any other reasons, he can carry forward his personal data
- Your personal data is stored in two forms, one is database and second files
- Once you discontinue our services we send all your personal data in the form of database backup and zipped file archives.
- After this all your personal data is deleted from our server.
- There is no fee for backup.
